THE SUPERBRANDS SEAL OF EXCELLENCE

Brands with Superbrand status are awarded the right to use the Superbrands Seal of Excellence in their marketing. Being awarded the Superbrands Seal of Excellence, in itself, is evidence that your brand, by consistent brand management and hard work has obtained a high status.

As Superbrands applies the same procedure for brand assessment, globally, this is an international status. The Superbrands Seal may be used in the national market where the Superbrand status is obtained, and during the applicable period in time.

In order to obtain maximum effect, we recommend that the Seal of Excellence is used, not only in marketing communication, on the website and in press releases, but also on product packaging visible to the consumer, in the retail stores.

A new study reveals clear advantages from using the Superbrand Seal of Excellence in marketing.

In cooperation with the Nielsen Company, Superbrands have conducted a large online-survey in 48 countries.

The survey indicates clear advantages by using the seal; 74 % of consumers that are aware of the Superbrands brand are of the opinion that it is much more likely – or very likely that they will buy products associated with the Superbrands logotype, and 69 % indicate that it is much more likely – or very likely that they will recommend these product to a friend. For those that did not recognize Superbrands, 60 % associated Superbrands with a product or service with high quality.
